Return Policy

All items are returnable with a 30 day "No Ask" money back guarantee. Clearly Susan's policy is from the date of Receiving. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in the case of broken or defective merchandise. Our main objective is for the customer to be 100% satisfied. 

We will gladly accept returned items no questions asked and give a complete money refund, especially defective items such as glass broken on delivery. Please, mail item back to Clearly Susan, 782 Gardenside Circle, Marietta, GA. 30067. 

PACKAGING -- Each item is packed with care to make sure that the piece arrives in one piece and in tact. If your product is received damaged, please contact us immediately (please send us a picture of the packaging the product was received in as well as the product itself) and we will work quickly to rectify the problem.

SHIPPING - All items are shipped through UPS. Ground shipping is through UPS which can take 1-3 business days on average. We do provide 2 and 1 day shipping.
If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us first so we can confirm that this can be done.
