| Some Of Our Favorite After Dinner Drink Recipe's (You can tell from the name of the drinks what part of the country we come from) Creole Mama Alabama Slammer Fuzzy Navel Amaretto Sour Creole Mama 1 1/2 oz Bourbon 1 1/2 oz Madeira 1 tsp Grenadine Stir with ice and strain into a glass. Top with one green and one red cherry top Alabama Slammer Sweet Home Alabama 1 oz. Southern Comfort 1 oz. Amaretto 1/2 oz. Sloe Gin 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice (preferably fresh) Combine So-Co, Amaretto, and Sloe Gin in a shaker with ice. Serve over ice in a High ball Fuzzy Navel Shaven or Stirred? 1 1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps 3 oz. Orange Juice Pour schnapps in a low ball glass filled with ice, fill with orange juice and stir well. Amaretto Sour 1 oz. Amaretto 2 oz. Lemon Juice or Sweet & Sour Orange Slice Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, and strain into a chilled low ball glass Garnish with the orange slice. |
